November Wrap-Up

Bonjour mes amis! Comment ça va?

November, um, wasn’t my month at all. Like, I’m not even kidding. So many things happened that I only managed to read/finish 2 books and get halfway through another one. First, there was YallFest! Then, immediately after, I had to go to the hospital and have surgery. Woo, to having one less organ! And lastly, I became obsessed with BTS. I’m not even kidding when I say that these past 5/6 days, I’ve ONLY watched BTS videos. I haven’t read. I haven’t done school work. I haven’t slept nearly enough. This is also why I haven’t been blogging much as of late. Hopefully I’ll get back into the swing of things this month but I have finals to study for so we shall see.

P.S. Kookie is my bias (although Tae almost ruined that with his part in Boy in Luv) if anyone is curious

P.P.S. Happy Birthday to the sweetest guy ever, Kim Seokjin! #WorldwideHandsomeDay

First Lines Fridays {9}

First Lines Fridays is a weekly feature for book lovers hosted by Wandering Words. What if instead of judging a book by its cover, its author or its prestige, we judged it by its opening lines?

  • Pick a book off your shelf (it could be your current read or on your TBR) and open to the first page
  • Copy the first few lines, but don’t give anything else about the book away just yet – you need to hook the reader first
  • Finally… reveal the book!
