Top 5 Wednesday is a weekly meme created by Lainey and Samantha. You get a new topic every Wednesday, and you list your top 5 books related to the particular topic. This weeks topic is: Characters’ Fitness Routines You Want – This can be interpreted a bunch of different ways! Fitness comes in many different packages. This can be about characters who are super fast, strong, agile, good at dancing, good at climbing, athletes, or foodies! Whatever it means to you. This is inspired by those routines you see in magazines for actors, but with more of an open mind and less body shaming 🙂

This weeks topic is: Second Book is Best – We’ve talked about series that went downhill, and series that are worth it, but which series were best in the middle?
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly event hosted over at The Broke and the Bookish. Top Ten Tuesday is currently taking a break until August 15th so since there is no official topic, I’ve decided to go through previous topics and pick some of my favorites. For this week I chose: books that broke my heart!
Bonjour mes amis! Comment ça va?
You guys. How is it that we are 4/5 months away from 2018?! It’s mind boggling. With that being said, there are a ton of amazing books coming out in these last couple of months and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m so ready to read all these books. I’ve only mentioned a couple in this post so if you want to see a fuller and more complete list, click here!
Bonjour mes amis!
It is that time again, where I talk about the books I read during the month! I was able to get through eight books which is pretty good for me! Last month I only got to three so huge improvement. I think what helped was having the readathon so I’m definitely going to participate in more of them in the future! Without further ado, here are the books I got through in July!
My first ever readathon has come to an end and I’m pretty satisfied with my results! I didn’t end up reading 7 books nor did I complete all the challenges but that’s perfectly okay. Here’s my initial BookTube-A-Thon post if you’re wondering what books I had planned to read but wasn’t able to get around to. I had so much fun and I hope to participate next year!

This weeks topic is: Series That Got Better — We’ve talked about series that went downhill with each book, but talk about series that are worth pushing through the first (or first few…) books to get to the good stuff!
For the most part, series tend to get better with every book in my opinion. Of course there are exceptions to this but I can’t think of many. Without further ado, let’s get started!
